Return & Exchange Policy

At Aura & Diva, customer satisfaction is our priority. We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item is damaged upon delivery.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

• You received the wrong product or incorrect size/color compared to your order.

Return Rules Summary

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Rs. 500 flat-rate return shipping fee applies.

• Rs. 99 restocking fee applies to approved returns.

• No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Returns requested without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Refunds & Replacements

Once we review and approve your return request, we will offer either:

• A replacement of the correct item, or

• A refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
